What is this 5th free and how does this works?

Let us provide your regular, scheduled lawn mowing maintenance, and you won’t have to pay for every fifth visit. Imagine having extra funds in your budget because one lawn mowing service is free! That could mean more groceries in your shopping trolley for the family, a meal at a café or restaurant, a movie ticket, enough petrol for at least half a tank, or even a box of beers. This fifth free is our way of showing appreciation to our clients, and we are genuinely thankful that we are not part of a franchise paying mandatory fees and only providing free services to our clients instead.

Will we would just inflate our quote or price to cover the free service?

No. We would price and quote as usual when we see the lawns. There are no price-inflating tricks, but our prices will be on the professional side as to how other professional experienced lawn mowing contractors would quote with proper professional grade equipment that would always turn up on schedule who charges $40 or more as a starting price, not similar to those undercut pricing on Facebook marketplace who would do $30 to $20 or less.

Terms and conditions

  • This is only available for clients on an agreed regular schedule for lawn mowing maintenance services with us 2 or 3 weekly during the peak season from late spring to autumn and once a month in winter.

  • Not available for one-offs or on-call lawn mowing services.

  • Available for residential lawn mowing services only.

  • The client must settle payments promptly, no later than two days after the service is provided, or inform us of any delay in payment. Payments should be made following each service rendered and may not be combined. For example, payment cannot be made after every two or more lawn mowing services provided. Late payments may result in the cancellation of this fifth free service.

  • The complimentary services are non-transferable to other lawns or clients and apply exclusively to the lawns we are currently servicing.

  • If the lawns become overgrown on the fifth visit, we will terminate the complimentary services and still impose a charge, even if regular service has been maintained. The free fifth cut is only applicable to ordinary, well-maintained lawns.

  • The client couldn't request the free cut in advance; it only applies after the fourth cut.

  • The client cannot request a suspension of the complimentary cut after the fourth visit. The complimentary fifth cut will consistently be applicable during the fifth lawn mowing service visit.

  • Adjustments to the lawn mowing schedule due to slow growth are permitted, provided the client informs us in advance. This communication helps us manage our time better and save fuel by avoiding unnecessary trips to the site. If the client fails to notify us and we arrive on-site, we will perform the service as scheduled, and the frequency change will take effect for the next service. If the client or any household member requests that we return at another time or asks us to leave due to slow growth or claims there is "nothing to mow," irrespective of the primary client’s awareness, this may result in the loss of the fifth complimentary service.

  • This promotion is exclusively available in the suburbs we serve, which include Glendene, Kelston, and New Lynn in West Auckland, as well as Avondale, Mt Albert, Point Chevalier, Grey Lynn, Mount Eden, Epsom, Royal Oak, Onehunga, and Greenlane in Central Auckland. Additionally, this offer applies to the first 15 customers who inquired and accepted our quote. And we reserve the right to end this promotion after three years.

  • We also reserve the right to discontinue this promotion without explanation, for any reason and at any time.
